| Benefits of
Arizona Army National Guard service include college tuition assistance, hands-on career skills training and a
regular monthly salary for part-time work. Tuition reimbursement benefits
include:
Montgomery G. I. Bill:
(chapter 1606 - $9,792) paid up to $272 per
month (note: amounts are subject to change. Most guard members serve only a few days a month and a couple of weeks a year. This affords them the opportunity to serve their country and communities while living at home and continuing a full-time education or full-time job. Our members benefit, their communities and families benefit, and our country benefits. The Army National Guard not only offers education and skill training, but also teaches forward thinking, problem solving, leadership, responsibility, self-confidence and focus. These are the kinds of intangible skills required for survival and success in todays world. Guard members also benefit from physical fitness training and are required to maintain a level of fitness throughout their years of service. So, not only do we train Americans to protect and serve our country, we help them reach their full potential, professionally and personally. In the process. Arizona Army National Guard members become nothing less than "Americans at their best." Arizona Army National Guard Job Opportunities: |
