Post-Deployment Health Reassessment
The PDHRA is an essential screening process for all Service members and DA civilians who have served in an active combat theater.
Why do I need to attend?
Due to the stress of serving in a combat situation for any amount of time, the PDHRA screening must take place in a timely manner once a service member/DA civilian returns from deployment. This mandatory screening is completed by healthcare professionals who operate closely with the military and are intimately familiar with the mental, physical, and emotional needs of those returning from combat zones world- wide.
When do I need to attend?
PDHRA events are scheduled at the 90-day mark from when each unit returns to Arizona.
What if I returned from and individual mobilization/deployment or I miss the mandatory event?
For those unable to attend the group events, a personalized PDHRA screening may take place over the phone with a live healthcare professional (with Commander Approval). See below…
